1) Information on how to enter the ‘Halo / Breville Touch Black Truffle Coffee Machine Promotion’ (“Promotion”) form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2) The promoter is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners N.Z. Limited, 19 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
3) Subject to clause 4, entry is open to NZ residents aged 14 years and over who are living in NZ.
4) Employees of the Promoter and any agency associated with the Promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are ineligible to enter.
Entry
5) Entry is open between 12:00am 13/11/2022 and closes 16:59pm 21/11/2022 inclusive (the “Entry Period”). No entries will be accepted outside the Entry Period.
6) To enter:
(a) Like our halocoffeenz Instagram or facebook page and tag another person for your chance to win
7) You may enter the promotion multiple times.
Prize
8) The prize consists of one 1kg of Halo Fair Trade Coffee Beans (“Prize”).
9) The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
10) The Promoter will select the winner at random from all eligible entries submitted during the Entry Period. The determination as to the winner will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.
11) The draw will take place on 15th December 2021 by random selection from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by the Promoter via a private Instagram message from the halocoffeenz Instagram & facebook accounts no later than 15th December 2021
12) If the winner cannot be notified for any reason, or does not make contact with the Promoter (via the halocoffeenz Instagram or facebook account) within 5 working days of notification, or is found to have otherwise breached any of these Terms and Conditions, his/her selection as a Prize winner may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected at the Promoter’s sole discretion. No compensation will be awarded to the forfeiter.
Prize Fulfilment
13) The Prize will be fulfilled by the Promoter, who will send out the Prize via the most suitable means of transport available. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to the Prize that occurs in transit, and shall have no liability if the package is not ultimately received by the winner.
General
14) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
15) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind or any traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database (the halocoffeenz Instagram account), not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
16) All decisions of the Promoter (including but not limited to selection of the Prize winner) are final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
17) Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:
(a) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;
(b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
(c) submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(d) acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or

18) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize.
19) If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time.
