When the day is hot, drink your coffee iced!

We love summer and that only means one thing….iced coffee!

With summer approaching its time to embrace the ice and iced coffee is one of our absolute faves. We have tested and tasted in the sunshine, because lets face it, things always taste better when the sun is shiny!

We think the following recipe works the best:

• 300ml milk to x1 double shot of Halo Atonement poured over ice.

• For a sweeter favour and fluffier texture, you can try steaming the coffee shot & milk together, before pouring over ice, or you can use a sugar syrup or a dairy alternative, we liked Alpro Coconut milk
